AMbuddies.com is a social network website and an affiliate program platform, used by members to network with personal contacts and to avail of the financial rewards that AMbuddies.com offers.
You agree to not use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to manipulate the Service for any reason. Any form of manipulation, including creating fake accounts, will result in the suspension of your account and the payments into your Kasware wallet.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership: AMbuddies.com retains all rights to the platform, including its design, code, and branding.
User Content: By submitting content (e.g., text content, websites, banners, or other advertisements) to AMbuddies.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Service.
Use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
Engage in fraudulent activity, such as, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to exploit the system.
Violate the rights of other users or third parties.
You may not promote AMbuddies.com in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material on other platforms that allow it. Promoting AMbuddies.com in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your AMbuddies.com account and loss of all earned rewards.
6. Termination
AMbuddies.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in activity that harms the Service or its users. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and any earned rewards will be forfeited.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
AMbuddies.com is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
